ACE RIMS
Customer Appreciation Concert
with Rob Thomas
Inspiration for the ACE RIMS Gala creative treatment started with their national ad campaign and messaging. Namely, “We take on the responsibility of your risks so that you can take on the responsibility of making things happen”
From there, the campaign grew to include a series of short, pithy promotional statements developed specifically for RIMS, an annual conference for buyers of risk insurance products and services. Statements like, "above and beyond", "near or far", "at any level", "here or there". Statements which clearly demonstrated that in the ACE world there was no risk too big or too far that couldn’t be covered; nor party too big to show appreciation for its customers.
Using the campaign image of the earth in space to further illustrate infinite possibility, using the ACE brand colors, using smart bursts of promotional messaging to create a tangible brand vitality equivalent to ACE’s declaration to take on risks anywhere, and using a contemporary act to illustrate our client’s commitment to growth and progress, we again rocked it!
Three thousand customers responded to the lyrics of Rob Thomas, that they “C’mon Over” to celebrate our client’s 25th Anniversary. Our customer proclaimed the event “Far Out” and gave us the “All In” for the next year.
